The DSB IMMOBILIARE S.R.L., headquartered in Ascoli Piceno, Corso Mazzini 35, c.f. e partita i.v.a. 01891010447, manager of the historic residence Palazzo dei Mercanti, as the holder of personal data, informs You that the personal data’s treatments provided by you will be carried out with fairness and transparency for lawful purposes, protecting your privacy and your rights.
Data’s treatment will also be carried out with the aid of electronic means for the following purposes:
1 - to obtain and confirm your reservation of accomodation and other kind of services and to provide the requested services. Since this processing is necessary to define and perform our contractual relationship, your consent is not required, unless certain “sensitive” information is submitted. In case of refusal to provide personal data, we will not be able to confirm your booking or provide the requested services. The processing will cease upon your departure, but some of your personal data may or must continue to be processed for the purposes and in the way indicated in the following points;
2 - to fulfill the obligation provided by the “Testo unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza” (Article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773) which obliges us to communicate to the Police, for public security purposes, our costumers’ details according to the modalities established by the Ministry of the Interior ( Decree of the 7 January 2013). The provision of data is mandatory and it does not require your consent and in case of refusal to provide them, we will not be able to let you in our structure. Data required for this purpose shall not be kept by us, unless you give us consent to the retention as provided for in point 4:
3 - to fulfill the current administrative, accounting and tax obligations. For such purpose, the processing will be carried out without the need to acquire your consent. Data will be processed by us and can be made accessible to employees and associates of the Data Controller and will be communicated to the outside only in compliance with legal obligations. In case of you refusal to provide the necessary data for the above mentioned tasks, we will not be able to provide You with the services requested. The acquired data for these purposes will be kept by us for the time required by the respective regulations ( 10 years, and even more in case of tax assessments);
4 - to accelerate registration procedures in case of possible future stays at our facility. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, revocable at any time, your data will be kept for a maximum of two years and will be used when you will be our guest again for the purposes mentioned in the previous points;
5 - to allow you to receive messages and telephone calls during your stay. For this purpose, Your consent is required.You may revoke your consent at any time. The processing will however ceased at your departure;
6 - to send You our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers. For this purpose, after obtaining your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum of two years and will not be disclosed to third parties.You may revoke your consent at any time.
7 - for the protection of persons, property and corporate assets through a video surveillance system of certain areas of the structure (corridors, first and second floor). For such processing your consent is not required, since it pursues out legitimate interest to protect people and property from possible aggressions, thefts, robbery, damages, acts of vandalism and for the purpose of fire prevention and occupational safety. The recorded images will be automatically deleted within seven days. They shall not be communicated to third parties, except where a specific request by a judicial or police judicial authority is to be adhered to.
The processing of data will be carried out by means of the operations indicated in the article 4 n. 2 del GDPR 2016/679 in manual form, using computer and telematics tools.
The Controller does not normally transfer personal data to third countries or international organisations. However, it reserves the right to use third-party or cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected from those providing adequate guarantees, as provided for in the article 46 of GDPR 2016/679. We inform you that, in your capacity as interested, you can exercise the rights referred to in the article 15of GDPR 2016/679 and precisely the rights of:
obtaining confirmation of the existence of any personal information related to them and also receiving communication in a comprehensive form.
