″Short Films″ - A unique experience with the Chef!

Our Chef describes this unique experience in the following manner: "We have built this soirèe around the concept of cinema, but in our case the spectator doesn't get to know what they will partake in just until dinner is about to be served. We won't unveal anything more than this: what is going to come next will definetely be a one in a lifetime kind of evening”.

Only for 10 person, a 6 course menù made entirely of original recipes. For the first time in forever, the strong local imprint of the chef will cede the way to the introduction of fresh fish in his dishes in  “A journey to the Sea, from Ascoli to the sea and back”; an unexpected raid, which will make this dinner even more irreplicable.
