Cooking Class

Our master chefs will guide you step by step into the making of some of our local, delicious and traditional dishes. You'll learn the secrets of some of the most famous dishes of our region such as Olive all'Ascolana and much more. We use only fresh high quality ingredients, carefully selected to guarantee you a unique culinary experience. You'll have the opportunity to tuch first hand the ingredients, learn the preparation techiniques and figure out the ropes directly from our chefs.

No previous cooking experience needed! Our class is open to anyone, from first timers to master of pans. Have fun putting your hand in the dough and discover the plasure of creating delicious meals from scratch. Plus, at the end of the lesson, you'll have the chance to taste the dishes you just created, matched with excelent local wines designed to enrich the unique flavours of the ascolanian cousine.
