Olive Lab

Created in 1800, Ascolana olives were a privilege of the nobles, produced on festive occasions. Larger and sweeter than the Greek olive, the Ascoli olive is the main ingredient of this traditional recipe which with a bite tells us the story from the farmer to the Ascoli chef. The experience includes a cooking workshop with our staff at the Ci.Bo restaurant, adjacent to Palazzo dei Mercanti. An in-depth journey with the preparation of the ingredients and the composition of the real Ascolana Stuffed Olive. At the end of the experience, the consumption of the products and a glass of bubbles is expected. €180 - 2 people
